Please seek financial support from your own institute/university in the first instance.
If financial support is not available, apply for the "unleash your ingenuity" award as part of the individual registration process†.
For UK technicians, working in universities and research institutes, places are FREE. Approval from a line manager is part of the individual registration process† to ensure the participant has support to fully engage in YES2025.
†We will provide the individual registration form once your application is successfully processed.
"Unleash Your Ingenuity" award
If financial support is not available, apply for the "unleash your ingenuity" award when submitting your individual registration form post team entry.
To apply for the award as an individual, you will first need to enter an application to participate in YES2025.
Once your application has been accepted, you will then be assigned a Team ID and be emailed a registration form to complete. Each team member needs to complete a registration form and, for those who wish to apply for an award, they must also complete the form below.
Award applicants will be informed by email of the outcome within 15 working days of their submission.
